This level introduces new players to basic tennis fundamentals including the serve, forehands, backhands, volleys and overheads. Our instructors build on basic techniques that lead to rallying and point play. We use red, orange and green balls to make learning the game more enjoyable.
For players with a 1.0 -2.0 NTRP rating
At this level we’ll help you develop additional technique and add variety to your game. We’ll introduce movement, point construction and various spins. You’ll apply technique and tactics into the drills and games.
For players with a 2.5 -3.0 NTRP rating
Get ready to focus on footwork and execution of all strokes. This level emphasizes point construction, positional play and tactics.
For players with a 3.5+ NTRP rating

Just ask one of our pros for a short evaluation so you can be placed in the proper group. This ensures you will get the most enjoyment from the sport by playing with others of a similar level.

Leagues & Match Play
Adult Round Robins
Ready to try playing with some new players? Try our level based round robin events and meet new players in a fun and social format. The club offers a variety of round robin events throughout the regular season. Each event is run by one of the club’s tennis professionals who will provide strategy tips and laying rotations. Tennis balls and refreshments are included.
Women’s Main Line Tennis League at the Narberth Tennis Club
Ladies with NTRP ratings of 2.5-3.5 can join us for weekly round robin matches.
Private Lessons are available by the hour or half-hour. You and your teaching professional will arrange your schedule together.

Owned and operated by Joe O'Hara, O'Hara Fitness is fully equipped to help people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness potential. Owner/Head Trainer, Joe O'Hara, has extensive experience helping clients reach their weight loss goals, improve their strength, conditioning and agility, achieve overall wellness and help athletes gain a competitive advantage. Joe is a NASM certified Personal Trainer with Specialization Certifications in Senior Citizens, Youth Exercise, Sports Nutrition, Golf Fitness, MMA Conditioning, and Group Training.
Over the past years they have opened three studios inside of tennis clubs, including both Julian Krinksy facilities. They have also run the Get Fit program at Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs since 2012. Most of the trainers still actively compete (volleyball, strongman, track and field) and coach at both the high school and college level. They fully understand the level of training athletes need to compete.
Private sessions range from $50-100 per hour and are fully designed to reach the individuals goals.

Perfect for 10-18 year old athletes looking to improve their abilities while working in a small group with prices starting at just $36 a class.
Adult Weight Loss Group
Add two 1 hour workout/nutrition classes per week and watch the weight fly off. Over the course of the hour you will go through a fat burning workout while our trainer/nutritionist reviews your diet and helps get you on the right path for just $350 a month.
