Adult Clinics

Adult Clinics are offered weekdays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Players are placed based on their ability, while accommodating groups already organized.

Adult Level 1

  • Introduction of tennis fundamentals including serving, forehands, backhands, volleys and overheads
  • Emphasis on building basic technique that leads to rallying and point play

Adult Level 2

  • Develop additional technique and variety to the game
  • Introduction of movement, point construction and various spins
  • Improve singles and doubles game

Adult Level 3

  • Work on conditioning and fine-tune technique
  • Focus on point construction, positional play and tactics for singles and doubles

Cardio Tennis

  • Continuously elevated heart rate provides aerobic training while playing tennis
  • Interval training with short cycles of high intensity workouts and periods of rest
  • Improve game by hitting hundreds of balls each session
  • Special Rate: $18/clinic

Junior Clinics

Quickstart 1 (ages 4 & 5)

  • A USTA-sanctioned program focusing on the development of agility, coordination and balance
  • Sessions are active and fun
  • Play on modified size court using soft tennis balls and smaller racquets

Quickstart 2 (ages 6 & 7)

  • A USTA-sanctioned program introducing basic tennis fundamentals including serving, forehands, backhands, volleys and overheads
  • Focus on improving movement, coordination and space awareness
  • Play on modified size court using soft tennis balls and smaller racquets

Quickstart 3 (ages 8–10)

  • A USTA-sanctioned program with the use of soft tennis balls and work from the 3/4 area of the court
  • Focus on proper technique to help build a solid foundation
  • Teach scoring and on-court etiquette
  • Play matches using soft tennis balls

Level 2 (ages 10–14)

  • Learn additional strokes to develop an all-court game
  • Maintain a groundstroke rally and serve overhand from the baseline
  • Application of technique and tactics incorporated with drills and games in singles and doubles match play

Level 3 (ages 12–17)

  • Focus on footwork and execution of all strokes
  • Rally consistently from the baseline with direction, power and a variety of spins
  • Technique and tactics incorporated within drills, games and match play
  • Preparation for USTA ranking tournaments

Level 4 (ages 14–17)

  • High performance program that is geared toward high school varsity and future college players
  • Tournament preparation
  • Focus on skill refinement, footwork, tactical and mental aspects of the game
